The Colnago C68 Disc represents a significant evolution compared to the C64 Disc, using completely new materials but maintaining the same craftsmanship in construction at the Cambiago factory. Below are some of its distinctive features:

1. Renewed Materials: The C68 Disc frame uses completely new materials, incorporating advanced technologies to ensure superior performance.

2. Artisan Construction: Despite the use of modern materials, the frame is hand-built using the same artisan techniques that are a distinctive signature of Colnago frames.

3. Aerodynamic Design: The new design features visible and invisible joints, with some parts harking back to Colnago's roots and others following a more modern aerodynamic style.

4. Advanced Fork: The fork features a 1"1/8 round tube, abandoning the previous "D" shape. The eccentric headset system, without the use of bulkier bearings, allows the passage of the brake housing to the 'internal.

5. Revised Bottom Bracket: The C68 features a T47 bottom bracket, more standard and easier to find. This system allows the use of different types of internal bearings and offers mounting flexibility for various axle standards.

6. Integrated Components: The number of components that complete the frame is the same as the previous C series (C64). The aesthetic design is inspired by one-piece frames.

7. Split Headtube: The new split headtube is stronger, lighter and more customizable. Allows variations in stack and reach, while also improving stiffness for an optimized riding experience.

8. Integrated Multi-Tool: The return to a round head tube allows for the integration of a multi-tool, offering a practical solution for tackling on-the-go adjustments.
